The owner of the online store aztex.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is Minu Baltic OÜ (registration code 16809904) with its registered office in Ida-Viru County, Lüganuse Rural Municipality, Lüganuse Alevik, Papli tn 4-6, 43301
- Validity of the sales contract, product and price information
The terms and conditions of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Minu Baltic OÜ online store. The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee is added to the price unless otherwise indicated. The prices of the products sold in the online store are in euros and payment is also made in euros. Information about the goods is provided in the online store directly next to the goods.
- Placing an order / payment options
To order goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To place an order, you must fill in the required data fields and select a suitable method of delivery of the products. The amount of the fee will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods:
– Bank transfer;
– Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian and Finnish bank links;
– Credit card payment.
To pay with a bank link, click on the logo of your home bank and you will be redirected to the internet bank page, where a pre-filled payment order awaits you. Make sure that the amount is correct and confirm the transaction. Then, do not forget to click the “Back to merchant” button – only then will our system immediately receive a notification that you have successfully completed the payment.
You enter your bank details directly into the Banks Card Centre system. Information related to your bank account and payment is not stored, a secured SSL connection is used when transmitting data.
Minu Baltic OÜ is the controller of personal data, Minu Baltic OÜ transfers the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
The contract enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to be paid to the online store’s current account.
- Delivery
The goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia and other European countries according to the price and method of transport displayed in the shopping cart. Shipping to other countries and regions is subject to separate agreement.
Purchased products will be subject to additional postage costs (unless otherwise stated), which are paid by the buyer. We will deliver orders according to the method of transport chosen by you. We will ship your order within 1-3 business days after the amount you pay for the order has been received on the Minu Baltic OÜ bank account. In exceptional cases, the shipping time may be longer, in which case we will notify you separately.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the goods being out of stock or for another reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (including the costs of delivering the goods) will be refunded immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date of sending the notification.
- Products and product availability
We are constantly updating our product range. However, it may happen that the product availability ends before the product catalogue is updated. In such a case, we will contact you and, by agreement, replace the product or cancel the order. If the order is canceled due to the end of the availability of the goods, we will refund the money within 7 working days.
- Other conditions
We reserve the right to change and supplement the prices of the offered products. Such changes will be effective from the moment they appear in our online store.
The seller is not responsible for any defects in the product that have arisen through the fault of the buyer or if the defect has arisen as a result of irregular use of the product.
The seller has the right to withdraw from the order if the ordered goods are out of stock.
If, due to a technical error, the price of the product offered in the online store has changed/been changed to be unreasonably cheap compared to the normal market price of the product, the seller has the right to withdraw from the sale transaction of the product at the incorrect price caused by the technical error, provided that the seller has not yet sent the product to the buyer at its destination.
- Filing of claims and return of goods
All products are subject to the claim filing period in accordance with Section 218 of the Estonian Consumer Protection Act. The purchase invoice serves as proof of return. In the case of products, we ask you to carefully follow the user and maintenance manual and corresponding instructions included with the goods. The right to file a claim does not apply if the defect in the goods is due to incorrect use of the product or damage to the product. The right to return the goods is 14 days. The goods must be in the original packaging with the original invoice and all markings. The goods must not have been used. Upon receipt of the withdrawal form, the entrepreneur will refund to the consumer immediately, but no later than 14 days, all fees received from the consumer under the contract, including, among other things, the costs of delivering the consumer’s goods. If the consumer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the entrepreneur, the entrepreneur is not required to refund the consumer the cost that exceeds the cost of the standard delivery method (§ 492 of the Estonian Commercial Code). If the goods to be returned are opened or damaged in any other way, the goods are not eligible for return and are considered used. The return address and delivery method are agreed separately for each case.
To return the goods, a withdrawal form must be submitted, the form of which can be found here: withdrawal form, and sent to the e-mail address info@aztex.ee
no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the product to be returned does not correspond to the order (e.g. a wrong or defective product).
If the Customer does not pick up the order at the post office/parcel machine during the storage period, the order will be returned to Minu Baltic OÜ. In order to receive the order, the customer must pay Minu Baltic OÜ the cost of returning and reissuing the package according to the current price list of Omniva/Itella Smartpost/DPD. The initial transport cost is not refundable under the above-mentioned point.
The service provider is liable for any non-conformities or defects of the sold goods that become apparent within two years of the goods being delivered to the consumer. During the first six months of the delivery of the goods to the buyer, it is assumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery.
If a defect in the goods is discovered, the consumer must notify the seller of this within two months at the latest, or submit a claim (VÕS § 220 (1)).
If a defect is discovered, the use of the product must be stopped immediately.
The claim must be submitted in a form that can be reproduced in writing and must state:
– the consumer’s name and contact details;
– the date of the complaint;
– the defect in the goods or service;
– the claim to the entrepreneur;
– a document proving the transaction or guarantee must be referred to or a copy thereof must be attached to the complaint.
- Disagreements
All disagreements will be resolved through reasonable mutual negotiations. If the parties fail to reach an agreement, the disagreements will be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
